I bought a Besta N910 Chinese-English ''Oxford'' electronic dictionary in June April while I was in Beijing. It is still under warranty which covers repair but unfortunately I cannot get back to China in the near future to have it repaired. The fault which has been intermittently recurring is that the screen goes completely black so that it is impossible to see anything. I had this fault fixed once before while I was still in China, and I believe the screen had to be replaced. Does anybody know where I might take this to be repaired. I've looked on the Besta website and the only option they suggest is to go to Beijing. Apart from the problems it's a really useful gadget and I'm a bit stuck on the final year of my Chinese degree without it!
