Worth a stamp because good chance manufacturer will actually respond by sending you brand new product free of charge. Many don't want to go through this "trouble" ; however, businesses are quite competitive (more than you may think!). • This isn't an iTunes problem. While the iPod is displaying this logo, you need to plug it in to a computer that has iTunes open beforehand.
