Try manually winding it if you can, and see if it still happens. If it does it probably needs to be sent in for service

Set date on omega seamaster quartz 1425

When you pull the crown (winder) , you will notice it has two positions (two clicks). The first click is for quick date setting, the second click is for time setting (moving hands). Second click can be use for date setting as well, but for this you need to move watch hands forward for 24 hours to pass 12 o'clock.

Dear Sir, I have one of the above Omega Seamasters which was bought in June 2007. Since then the bracelet has fallen apart 4 times now and Swatch want me to pay for a new one. Is this normal for a bracelet...

Hi dunphysteven

It is not normal that the bracelet falls so often.
There seems to be an issue with the product. However the warranty period in most cases is limited to 2-3 years, which unfortunately has crossed in your case.
Therefore in this case u need to pay for the bracelet.

Alternatively you can sell your watch on ebay or some other similar site with the mention that bracelet is an issue.

Hope this helps you.

My omega seamaster professional planet ocean co-axial chronometer has just stopped ticking, what is the problem do i need a new battery or do i need to wind it and if i havent wound it 48 hours can...

As I can see, this is an Automatic Omega watch. The most possible cause is that the watch is out of power.
Ensure the watch in your palm by passing four fingers throught closed strap and moving it up and down, making a trajectory of about 60 degrees, many times not too fast, not too slow.Try many times. If problem persists,my advice is to take it to an Authorised Omega Service Centre (as it is an expensive watch) for secure service and repair if needed.

The 24 hour hand sticks at the 12 oclock posiion on my omega seamaster gmt every 24 hours the hour hand will not pass this position.

It sounds as though the 24hr hand is being obstructed, and that is also stopping the 12hr hand. Try to examine the face carefully for foreign objects (or bent hands). Unless you're very skilled with watches, I would suggest that you take it for repair. If the hands are sticking, gently pull out the crown ("winder") to stop the watch and prevent further damage.

My omega seamaster reduced bought in 2004 is going more then 2 hours fast per 24 hours

The hairspring is affected by magnification. Not a big deal, but you have to visit watchmaker anyway. He/she will demagnify your watch and it will tick properly again.

Omega Seamaster gaining about 10 minutes per hour

Hi honestfunguy. Take it back! Omega watches are usually guaranteed for 2 years or even 3 years (Co-axial escapement), so you should not have a problem getting it repaired under warrantee. No way should it be be gaining (or losing) 10 minutes per day, let alone 10 minutes per hour. Could be any number of things, from a broken mainspring to problems with the timing regulator, but they are very complex watches and should not be looked at by anyone apart from Omega whilst in warrantee, otherwise you'll probably void the warrantee. Hope this helps; Eagle58
