What should i have to do with an e16 problem?

How to Reset waste ink counter (Error E16)
1. Unplug power and USB cable.
2. Open door and hold power button.
3. Connect power.
4. Close door, then release power button.

Error E16 mean commonly you cartridge must be reset (something Runout), press for 5-15 second for reseting each of cartriedge.

E16 is for an "open circuit" on the heater.

E16 indicates a motor lock with the inking motor. Disassemble the ink pump unit and check for proper rotation of the inking motor itself. This error is caused by a current overload.
Also, remember to try powering on the machine while holding down the reset key to clear all error codes first.

E16 must be "Ink remaining unknown".Press and hold the "resume" button for 5 seconds.

E16 says that remaining ink is unknown, E19 is empty. You can press resume to print, but you should replace the ink.

after that will adicated light alarm blinking them you can print if can't try turn off printer and turn on again.

press stop reset button for few seconds and you can use your black cartridge for printing,but do remember to put use black only setting in ur printer cartridge settings.
