After further investigation it was not just my vent tube that was clogged, it was the vent to the outside. it you are having drying problems, try to take a long screwdriver and vacuum and knock the fuzz loose and **** it up. dryer works like brand new now.
If you have to run the dryer 2 to 3 times as long to dry the clothes then you just need to make sure the vent hose behind the dryer isn't kinked up and the vent is open all the way out side ,,, that will fix it for you.

cleaned vent dryer isn't geting hot
If you are getting no heat at all i found a small red switch that resets the heating element. I was having this issue and then also moved my vent tube around. This solved my problem for a while. Now i get heat consistently (several months) but the clothes take several trys, as others have noted. I did take apart the insides and vacuum all the lent out as well. Again worked fine for a short time but back to the same ol' stuff. ANNOYING! So now my wife and drape clothes throughout the house and wait for something to get this EXPENSIVE dryer running right again. ARGHHHHH!
