All my grammatical keys are messed up
I get the french letter ? and ? for the apostrophe and quote keys
Then instead of the arrow pointing left I get the apostrophe and quote key
Everything is messed up
How can I fix this????

ok I just seen what I posted those question marks to me, show as the french E?s with that dash on top. One small, and one capital!!! Try hitting the left alt and the left shift button together, then try it out by pressing shift question mark. I had the exact same problem and i think you can alternate between french and english keys by hitting these two buttons together.

Tip: The max point reward for answering a question is 15.
On the Tools menu, point to Language, and then click Set Language.Then select the new language, and click OK. Hope this helps. Let me know if it doesn't or you can't find it.
It seems likely that you touched the CTRL key while pressing the apostrophe key, which creates a shortcut to an accented letter eg CTRL+',e will give ?.
