I've had my sansa m240 since I got it on Christmas. everything's fine until two days ago. I turned it on but its not loading up. its just showing the sansa logo. I tried pressing all the buttons (menu, volume, play etc) and it wont do anything! i even changed the battery, but nothing! so i tried plugging it to my pc using the usb cable, but my pc cannot detect the player's drive (restarted my pc too for the nineth time!). I tried plugging it to my other pc just to check if it'll work, but it does not work either! HELP ME PLEASE
I'm sorry to say this but you will probably end up having to return it as tons of people including me have had to do. I got one for Christmas and it worked for a day, just a day, imagine my horror when it didn't work anymore it did the same exact dumb freezing thing. Sansa has offered a solution but it's just crap. Return it to save yourself some time and frustration, think about buying another mp3 that has better feedback from buyers, like say the creative zen 1gb for 89.99 its a good alternative that I'm going to buy as a replacement for my sansa it's more money but its worth it you get what you paid for. If not the creative zen than choose carefully the mp3 your going to buy go to websites that show customer feed back. I'm sure if I'd have not wanted a sansa if I had know so many people's kept freezing. Don't be sad, happy mp3 shopping!
