Question about Linksys Wireless-G WRT54G Router
How do I reset my password so that i can add my new printer?
As Sandrew said there is a reset panel in the front panel. press and hold it for 20 secs... this will reset to router to factory settings. be aware that aside form rsseting the password it will also loose any custom data and configuration you've made Good Luck

Boba your just a ********, next time when you configure your router you should take down notes, and reset the indicator huhhh... reset is at the back, press hold of that for 10-20sec when the power light blinks let go. Pull up a browser, type 192.168,1.1 on the address bar, password is admin (no username) make sure you dont have ip conflicts on your ISP or modem like AT&T, motorolla modem, westell modem. youll be having hard time opening the setup page. to be sure isolate modem from the router when configuring most cases DSL

Most cable and DSL ISPs in the States don't require the password in the router configuration.

Hey thats right that he need to reset the router but then his router needs to reconfigure, so we have to save his user name and password in GUI of the linksys router (provided by the ISP )

There is normally a reset button on the casing of the router, use a pen tip or paperclip and press for around 10 seconds to set it back to factory settings. I am assuming your printer is wireless, and requires a manual ip address setting; otherwise you set a normal printer to share within Windows print and file sharing.
