My delonghi dragon safeheat is cutting off. I have not set the timer to turn it off. Is this a safety shutoff from overheating?

It does have a thermal safety and it very well could be the problem. I looked up this review for you. I hope it is what you were looking for. Roger http://products.howstuffworks.com/delonghi-dragon-oil-filled-radiator-heater-hm25e-review.htm

Delonghi dragon oil filled heater with timer. How does the timer work, is there a way to set it so that it stays on all the time? Do not have the manual

Within the timer is a 3 point switch. Push the switch to the end closest to the arrow and away from the clock icon. It will stay on

Dragon wont turn on, have checked the fuse

We had the same problem. The on/off switch is likely to be broken inside. We tried to fix it but its likely the pcb is damaged. If you contact Delonghi direct they will help resolve. They sent us a new heater (10yr guarantee)!
