Actual output on settings

The appliance beep's to indicate a malfunction. My manual say's to contact the De'Longhi customer service.

Wipe the radiator with a soft damp cloth, do not use detergent's and abrasive's. You can always' take it to customer service.

Replace electrical power cord.

Within the timer is a 3 point switch. Push the switch to the end closest to the arrow and away from the clock icon. It will stay on

We had the same problem. The on/off switch is likely to be broken inside. We tried to fix it but its likely the pcb is damaged. If you contact Delonghi direct they will help resolve. They sent us a new heater (10yr guarantee)!
