if you don't have an idea in electronic repair i suggest to send it in trusted tv service shop. since replacing an lcd monitor is not easy you must considered something not to be damaged too. besides you can not get the same replacement in local store.
I would highly recommend you recycle the tv or sell it on Craigslist or Ebay for parts. Usually it will be cheaper to buy a new set vs. replacing the screen
It probably has a cracked circuit board. If you want to repair it on your own open it up and see if you can find where that cracked section is and see if you can resolder it back properly.
Sorry,not repairable,because the LCD,PLasma,and DLP screen are limited produced.Replacing the tv pannel screen will cost the same as a new tv.Might even cost more after the labors.The tvs screen is about 90% of the tv,that why when is broken or damage,now it only use for it electronics boards parts,or sell for it electronics boards parts that it.
