Question about Sony KP-53V75 53" Rear Projection Television

Broken Mirror Does anyone know where to get a replacement mirror for the TV? Or a good way to get it replaced? Thanks in advanced im desperate and dont want to ditch my television

Well i looked into sony's replacement & they no longer make the mirror for this tv. the next best thing would be to go to a local shop that works with glass, here for me the local windshield repair/replacement shop for may car will make & cut mirrors to my required size. most likely it will also be cheaper than sony's. good luck.

As far as I know all the 206 mount the same internal mirror.

If instead you are talking about the driverside mirror, there that may be differences.

A good way to find out is going to a local Peugeot car parts dealer and asking their opinion.

Replacing the mirror with out removing the whole mirror 97 jeep

most mirror glass pops out it has plastic clips on back of glass. first practice on broken one take a flat head screw driver and use rag to protect paint pry around glass to release but be gentle at the same time hope this helps u

Broken side rear view mirror

the only way to fix if the mirror is damaged is to replace mirror assembly. remove the trim piece on the backside of the mirror and remove the 3 10mm nuts holding the mirror on.

Changing Door Mirror Glass XJ6(X300)

Hi

You need to put on a pair of gloves, and safety glasses. (Safety First !)
Prise off the broken mirror from the plastic base that it is stuck too.
Give the plastic a clean with nail polish remover or similar.
Peel off the backing on new mirror glass, and carefully stick it on.

you should be able to go to a used tv shop give them the model of the tv and have them order a new one. they are not hard to put back in place..call any tv repair shop and ask them to order it for you

2000 Pontiac Grand Prix Passenger Side rear view mirror

As the owner of a 2001 Grand Prix GTP I can tell you that the mirror you speak of is not terribly difficult to replace, but you need the tools to remove the inside panels in the front corner of the window to get to it. Once you get that off there should be three bolts/nuts that hold the mirror on and if you have power mirrors then of course you'll have an electrical connector in there as well.

I dont have any instructions wrote up but there is a Grand Prix car club forum you can check that may have some information on how to replace it in more detail. You can go to grandprixforums.net, sign up and post up your problem and Im sure someone there will probably have specific instructions.

Broken driver side mirror

You can buy replacement stick on mirrors at most auto stores... different sizes or you actually cut it to the size you want.... cut out a peice of cardboard to make a template till it fits right on the mirror on the car and use that to get the replacement mirror you need or cut the replacement mirror to size.... peel off the paper on the back... then line up the mirror and push firmly starting in the center of the mirror working outward to make sure the sticky side sticks.

you need to see if the lens where the light comes out is scratched..
if it is then the picture will never be right until you replace it..as for a cheap replacement mirror the picture might be watchable if it is a good quality mirror
