Someone hit the power switch on my ilo, turning it and my cable box completely off. When I turned the tv back on and allowed the cable box to reload, my tv is now stuck in just a black and white picture with no color. please help.
This must be a Samsung controller inside. Samsung controller have trouble finding if signal is ntsc or pal when tv is turn on before the source. If this is the case, just turn off the tv, start the cablebox and power on the tv again.
