New phone garbled sound

Just got a Razr, all worked OK. Spouse evidently hit button wrong in trying to answer phone. Now I hear garbled sounds coming from phone when spouse calls. Spouse cannot hear me. I tried having phone volume (up/down on flipfold increased) but no help. Has anyone seen before?

Its not that wrong push button man..,you'r fone was grounded... 1st man go check all the buttons.. if it bounce back all then your buttons work... ...but if you found either one does'nt bounce back... thats it... go to your nearest service center.... but if all working fine ... man your phone is grounded and service center only can fix that...
