Hi,
I have a Mamiya 645 Super with a mirror that locked open whilst taking a picture, and it wont return. The 645 has a switch to actually lock the mirror up but this was not on at the time. Does anyone have any technical know how about fixing this? I would like to give it a go myself.

My mirror somehow got stuck open too, I removed the power winder and grasped the pins in the middle of the silver wheel underneath used to wind the camera. Turn this clockwise until it stops and shutter is completely closed. Test fire camera after. If it doesn't work make sure you wound it all the way. 
Make sure you have a resh battery in the camera. The shutter is powered and witha weak battery there may no be enough power to complete the mirror cycle. Also if that camera (i cant remember that on in particular) has an M90 setting turn the shutter dial to the M90 to reset everything.
