Power went of while TV was on, TV will not power back up.
You may try unplugging the set for about 10 seconds and trying again to see if it resets itself. If that doesn't work, you could be lucky and just have a blown fuse inside the set. Do not put in a higher amperage fuse than what it calls for though, and if the new one blows don't try another. IF the fuses are good, then you probably have a problem in the power supply and if the set is less than 6 years old, it may be worth repairing.
