Was trying to remember her 4 digits lock code but can not.... She need HELP in MASTER RESET to solve this problem.
Try going into the toos menu and do a factory default setting reset then try the last 4 digits or 0000 etc
Most cell phones after they get programmed, the default lock key would be the last 4 digits of your cell phone #... try that
if that didn'rt work try 1111 or 0000 or 1234. let me know what happens
Try 000000 as a master code, also try the last in a reverse order - in your case : 4523 or 3254 .
if you are unable to unlock it, at the screen where it asks for a security code, press
the "menu" button, then enter 0000 /000000 and you'll be good to go.

Thanks for letting me tried those numbers but no luck for my four digits code, this is the phone#: 4523, 1111, 1234 & 0000.... I don't know whether if any other kind of trick can be made to solve this problem but anyway... If any-other way to trick this one ..... really appreciate..Good luck from Marshall Island.
i can't seem to enter the unlock code on my phone because i think the keypad is locked/not working. only the power button is working. what should i do? please send email to [email protected] if you have solutions.
