Question about HP ProLiant DL380 G6 Server
Check event viewer for Window. Insight Manager (if installed) for HP related problems. Type server name or IP on browser. examples: 192.168.2.1:2301. Localhost:2301. 127.0.0.1 again local.

Even with out the display, can you ping it from the network? If not I would power off the server. Unplug the power. Take the cover off the server, reseat the memory. Pullout the both power supplies and reseat them. remove any cards in the server except the disk controller. Reseat all the disk drives, make sure you put them in the same slot you pulled them from, even though it doesnt matter. Plug back in and see if you get a display. You can move the memory around also or take out some. If you are not getting an intermittent beep or a red display on the front panel, your system board may be shot.
