This is not something that you will get access to from here. Try asking a repair shop if they can get the schematics for this speaker. You could also contact A-L directly.
Not likely to happen. Altec Lansing ACS340 Specs CNET
Furthermore these are inexpesive 2.1 speakers that can be replaced for 30-40 dollars. Not worth the effort.
Did you find a solution? Dunno if it's much help, but I just today picked up some 501s - Series I I think - ugly heavy brown material grilles - but with a manual! No fuses in these, but booklet recommends installing your own in-line fuse holders (!?). Specifies a BUSS AGC-3 fuse for amps under 50wpc; or a MDL-2 fuse for amps over 50 wpc. Can be placed is series with either or the two signal wires. Very strange....
You can probably trace which colors go to the smaller of the amps... Yellow is often used for tweeter but there really is no standard. Striped wire is probably the minus lead. If a pair is heavier, that would be the pair for the woofer... and red is often positive for woofer and black the minus. Searching the Mackie schematics doesn't really show colors. You could call their service dept.
The world is full of free, useful information but schematics for tv sets are not part of the equation. If you want them, you usually have to pay for them. Maybe if you post the specific problem you're having, I can help point you in the right direction as far as fixing it. Schematics don't fix tv's, people do.
There is other Cinema Surround systems that use the same 8 Pin setup Aldis had one retailing at £49.99 and there are plenty on E-Bay www.eserviceinfo.com will provide schematics for these systems so you can select the right one.
