I clicked on an email from mailer demon, and email or emails bounced back, and it has been stuck since Friday after noon. I have had express open all of today but alas i still have the hour glass and not responding up the top
when I open outlook express it opens but I can't do anything else wth it, I can't go to tools, open emails, or anything.
I have exactly the same problem as the OP and have tried exactly the same things and run virus scans and even bought a new more powerful anti virus. Outlook remains frozen.
