Are you sure you did correct instruction how to insert LG Quantum unlock code in your phone? As my knowledge when we do unlocking phone we insert the original sim card not the unaccepted sim card. Try doing that procedure again but this time use orignal sim card when you insert lg unlock code in your phone. Good luck!
first try to insert a new sim.....if it won't work....then clean ur sim jaket of cell phone with siprit.....then try again i hope it will work..........if there is still problem then re-install ur cell-phone software....or there might b a hardware problem
