    Hi All,

i guess we facing the same prob here, The screen juz freezed at the window mobile greenish screen & wont go further than that.

i encountered the same prob before but it miraculously resurrected by not doing anything to it. juz leave it untouch eventhou batt drained & juz cross yr finger & hope for the revival.

however, this time, its been almost a weeks & it still frozed. Cant even sync with PC or hard reboot thus unable to reinstall WM6.

Anyone know how to solve this prob, pls email [email protected]

    TQ in advance

I cant get past the align screen on my o2

When you don't charge your PDA's battery for a while, and let both normal and backup batteries to finish completely, all your data in your PDA is lost, and it will go back to factory default state. As the operating system is stored in the ROM of your PDA, it will be reinstalled when you charge it again, and becuase there's no data left from the past state, you have to do all the settings again from the start, beginning with the screen alignment (You can tap carefully on the plus sign each time it moves). If you had a backup syncronized with your PC, you can then recover your data to your PDA.

Slow respond

The best solution to these problems is hard resetting your device. A hard reset will bring your PDA to it's factory default state, so your PDA will be as fast as it was when it was brand new. But this process will erase all your stored data (Such as adress book, messaged, appointments, tasks, pictures, ...) so you should consider having a backup of your PDA to your PC with a backup software before you hard reset your device. So later when you hard reset, you can recover the personal data with this backup file and continue using your PDA faster.
To hard reset your PDA, you must press the on/off button and reset button at the same time (reset button is a small button that needs to be pressed with your pen, and usually it is located in the bottom of the PDA). And later, wait a couple of minutes and the windows will be reinstalled and load up with the starting page of the screen alignment. After you completed all the settings, you can recover your data from your backup file (from PC).
