I have the same problem. mine came with a cd but the program wont open on my computer. so i contacted customer support and gave me all this diffent ways of fixing it...none of them worked. but then they gave me this website where you can download a different version of the program so here are the steps and instructions to download it, this one opens up on my computer but when i try to convert the videos it comes up with an error. but hey maybe it will work for you.

http://www.sandisk.com/driverdownload/download.asp?driverId=184

If you see a log-in box asking for email address and password, go ahead and type in those information otherwise, you may click on "Skip Registration" just underneath the log-in box.

On the next page, click on the button "Download Another Driver" then on the button "Find Driver" to the next one. Now, you will see a list of drivers and software for download, scroll down and look for "Sansa".

Under the Sansa category, select "Sansa Media Converter". This will bring you to the download page for the "Sansa Media Converter", click on the blue icon inside the "Download" column and save the software to your computer

Cant find driver online for sansa m250 id like to put music on it, i have win xp....

Win XP does not need an addl driver - it should just plug and play; check Sansa's driver page as a precaution:

I'm trying to put a video/picture slideshow on my sansa e250 player and it won't work

what you need to do is make sure that the file is correctly in the folder like drag the file from the media player and have the folder already open then drag the file to the folder that is already open and when you have it on your PC make sure you change the file to what ever type of PC or programming (like media player or real player etc.) then you should use .mp3,wma(if you have windows media player), or mpeg-4/mp4. this should work. if not then post a problem up again and i'll find an answer for you

Sansa c240 mp3

you have to use the software provided with the sansa, or the latest version of the Rhapsody software will also work with videos.

Picture and photo download / transfer not working

Ok, I think I have figured it out!! I was going crazy trying to transfer pictures/video with no success and was about ready to give up - then on a whim I tried this:
1. Make sure your Sansa is connected to your computer.
2.Open the Media Converter
3.Click on Menu (up at the top next to where it says "Powered by InterVideo)
4. Click on "Tool"
5. Click on "Option"
6. This brings up a window where you can change the temporary path. Click on the button that says "..." and then find the Sansa on the list. Click on it and then "OK". The path should be changed. Click on "OK" to close the window.

Hopefully you will be able to get your pictures and videos uploaded very easily now. No clue why it doesn't do this on it's own in the first place. I ran the updater and everything. But whatever, it's fixed now. =)

Deleting songs

Chances are that you are using windows xp. open up your sansa folder to where it says pictuer, movies, ect. look at the picture to see what to do. In your player folder click tools --> folder options --> View. Under hidden files and folders click 'show hidden files and folders, click ok. The music folder would now show up where the videos and pictures are. Simply open the music folder and delete the ones you do not want. By default the songs are sorted by artist --> album --> song.
