Problem with my laptop battery

Is the AC Power adapter the original adapter of the laptop? If it is, try to drain the battery and charge it for 8-12 hours without using or opening the laptop just charge it. After charging, remove the power adapter as you open your laptop. Make this way a habbit of using and charging your laptop to make the charging and battery life last long.

try to clean the copper contacts by using lacquer thinner & toothbrush and w8 for a minute before putting it back

You more than likely need a New Battery. Before you buy a new one, I suggest that you check the Battery Recall List on your Laptops Manufacturer's Website. If it is a Recall Item, they will replace it for free. Lucky4lynn2 :) please rate me, ok?

It sounds like the connector from the A/C adapter to the motherboard is loose or the inside of the adapter plug that attaches to the motherboard is defective.

please open the laptop then push the semos battery plz start the computer then shut down then enter the semos battery then start computer password is reset other plz install the bios this laptop

If the battery is out of charge, and the computer does not start at all, then you need to replace the AC adapter.
