I have my fix it 10 box but it dont have the product key code can someone please help out its very fustraiting.......
I had a similar problem with a similar item. If you purchased it online, call the help line they will give you a key# or turn it on directly. If you purched this from a store, the store also offers the same options I mentioned. Be aggressive, someone will respond!

Sounds like it was partially uninstalled. If you are knowledgeable with using the registry you can go into it and remove any instances of this utility.
