Philips Bsure sv1 lc3131

Hello i have a projector and when i was using it there was a little flash and noise from around the area were the bulb is situated but now the unit wont turn on and i took the bulb out to have a look and all the silver platting inside the bulb is all cracked but should this prevent if blown! the projector from turning on??? thankyou for your help

Hi using a phipips SV1 LC 3131. When I project the image the top of the image is off square!!

This indicates the bulb has blown and needs replacing.

If it's from a laptop you may need to do a key combo to switch on external display port.

Projector turns on but does not project anything or light up

Hello :

First check if it's a fuse . If fuses are OK , then you need to replace the bulb .

If you don't know how ro replace it , then contact again by commenting .

press menu, then picture, select mirror, then choose the "Aa" which appear to be the right way up for you, then press ok. Done!!
