I have Samsung SyncMaster™ 510N (Silver) 15 inch LCD Monitor dispaly picture for 3 to 5 second then there is no display but Powers led show proper

its time for u poeple to buy a new moniter .....or get it repaired by a prof tecnician.....the electrons which bambard on the picture tube at a point of time they become weak...n they loose there capacity......so the moniter starts dim and after wards when the moniter heats up it get fine !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

sounds like your having pixel issues I would advice calling up samsung and checking there pixel policy if it is out of range they will need to replace it

Most common failures in the LCD monitors are bad capacitors (bulging top/seal or leaking) in the power supply, failed inverter circuits (blown fuse, shorted transistors, shorted/open transformers), bad lamps (poor solder connections or worn out lamps). Around here, it's impossible to buy a "new" 15-inch LCD monitor,
because "used" ones sell for about $30 US.
In comparison, a qualified TV/video technician will charge $60/hour to trouble-shoot.
So, rather than spending money to try to repair it, spend an equal amount of money, and buy a replacement monitor.
