Question about Gaggia Titanium Espresso Machine

My machine was stuck on rinse cycle now on ventilate...

Late yesterday we tried to rinse our Gaggia titanium. The machine was stuck on rinse. We went through 3 full containers of water. Before going to bed we shut the machine off. This morning same thing..It finally stopped rinsing and now it is stuck on ventilate. We followed the directions in the manual and still it is stuck on ventilate. Does anyone know what is going on with it? Of coarse this happens on a holiday weekend when there is no technical support available. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks

I have a gaggia Titanium stuck in the rinse cycle. No matter what I do, I cannot get it of rinse? Turned it off, back on. Let it sit off for a couple days unplugged and back on, nothing. It isn't rinsing it sounds like it is trying to cycle the brew unit but is stuck? Any ideas? I have called Importica, Sally, but no return calls yet?

Try first to continue filling up the water resovoir (UP TO FOUR times) to see if the machine completes the rinse cycle on its own. If that doesn't work contact Gaggia Customer Service in the US at 888-389-4123. Sally there was VERY helpful and should be able to resolve your problem.

Mine cleared out after filling up the resovoir only twice and let it just keep running. It then it got stuck in the ventilate cycle. We then opened the steam knob and let it run for about 20 seconds and that fixed everything.

After allowing time for the rinse cycle to finish, took another 30 mins., all issues cleared and the machine is brewing correctly again.

Seems the rinse cycle in this machine is a longer time than the Syncrony Digital and attention to the brew unit locking into place correctly is more critical as well.

Hi, I have not used my Gaggia Titanium for 6 months. When I switched it on for the first time again yesterday it didnt rinse correctly. I tried to ventilate it as it was probably air locked after...

First I would check the end of the parnello wand for blockage, if that is clear then I would open the machine to find out which one of the tube is leaking.
