Behind the front cover you will see a little plastic box with six phillips headed dials. They only move 180 degrees. The three on the bottom control color richness and the three above them control focus. Turn all three of the bottom ones to the left while the TV is on, then gradually turn them to the right until you get the color you want. NOTE if any one of the three bottom dials are too far up the TV will shut down and will continue to turn off after about 10 seconds after start up until the offending dial is turned back a little.
Hi, Your TV requires service and cleaning of screen, mirror and 3 lenses (of CRTs) as looks dusty. Below is an exploded view how to take off front beznet assembly of this TV to clean inside with moist cotton cloth. Unplug TV before taking off front of TV.
Solution was, I had to buy a universal remote control that had a button that read "display", The Radio Shack store was the only store I found that remote, it was only $9.95. I programed the remote to the TV code..easy and pressed display button...and the problem was solved.
I Thank everyone for viewing my problem..it was a local TV repair store in my area over the phone told me the solution,,Thanks again.
