Yamaha RX-V390 I have a Yamaha RX-V390 and a Motorola DRC800 Universal Remote Control Remote Control. I had the Yamaha RX-V390 working with the remote, including power on/off and volume dial. I started goofing around with the codes to see if I could get a mute option to work. Now I can only get code 1176 to work but it will not control the volume dial of the Yamaha any more. I have tried everyone code listed for a Yamaha on the Motorola Remote User Guide and also the codes listed with Verizon at their support site. The only code I can even get to blink 3 times is 1176, but it will not control the volume dial. Does any one know of a code that will control the volume dial of the Yamaha RX-V390? I don't even care about the power on/off, just the volume dial. Using two remotes is driving me nuts.

On most universal remote control, you will find the procedure to enter
the builder code OR a procedure to pass through all the code of the
remote, one by one and pass to the other TILL you find the right one.
