Question about HP dc4000
The HP DC4000 movie maker has been working well for me for almost 2 years. However, one day, when I was transfering a video to the DC4000, I encountered a problem, with the following message: "Command_Name_Handler" Unknown Exception Can anybody help me?
SOURCE: DVD PLAYER IS NOT WORKING
It seems that the movie has not been written properly to the DVD in addition it seems like a copied or worst case scnerio pirated DVD.
Try a new movie or another DVD and see if the problem persist and please comeback with your finding for more appropriate advice.

It sounds like the contacts on the cartridge sensor need cleaning.
First remove the cartridge, paper and feed tray. Use compressed air such as "DustFree" or other brand of "canned air" to blow all of the dust and toner out of the cartridge well and paper path. Then, using a lint-free dry cloth, clean the metallic contacts where they mate with the contacts on the cartridge. Just gently rub them off to remove any dust and toner residue. Do not use any liquids or chemicals on the lint-free cloth. If you do not have a lint-free cloth, you may use a clean (read new) rubber pencil eraser. After using the lint-free cloth or pencil eraser, spray the contacts again with canned air.
Reinstall the cartridge and paper and verify that the printer returns to the ready state. If it does not, you need a certified HP technician.

Suggest the following
1) if not installed - install service pack 2 for vista - remove and reinstall HP software.
2) remove any software for Kodak digital Cameras (found by Googling and may not work)
3) Contact HP ;-)
