I had this code on my cd player (multi changer in the trunk)..was this way for about 5 months..I then decided that a high compressed can of air might do the trick..I sprayed compressed air into the mouth of the cd changer..also put my fingers inside and physically jiggled it..and lo and behold..the cd that was being held prisoner released and my cd changer is working normally again..hope this works for anyone else!

Sounds like the mech is gummed up, jammed, or a cd is stuck inside.
Get a nerd to open it up and check it over.

The player is having problems reading the CD. This can be for several reasons. Remove the CD and see if a different one has the same problem. This way you can find out if it’s the player or just the CD. Wipe off the smudges on the back of cd. If cd has too many scratches or smudges it won’t play. There can be many other reasons why it doesn’t play.
Car CD Players get dusty from road grime. Buy a CD Cleaning Disc and run it is a couple of times. The laser that reads the tracks is much lower power, and if it can't read the whole tracking system, it ejects the CD. The cleaning disc has little brushes that cleans the optic lenses.
It tries but can't read the disc, then it ejects it. If CD player plays other discs OK, then it is the disc. If it won't play anything there is a problem with the CD player.
HI, the gear track is stripped and the load motor is stuck between the good section of the track and the bad section of the track. you will need to replace the loading dock in your unit. this will fix this issue.
