When I put in the new fuse and plugged in the power cord, the clock and timers worked, but when I press the start button for it to start warming food, it automatically blows the fuse. Tried several fuses but with the same end result. It blows the fuse. The fuse it takes is 250V 20A.. Went to a part store and got the same fuse so I know we bought the right fuse. Could there be another problem? Check for burnt wires to see if there was a short but none was found. What could be causing this? We have had this Microwave for only a few months.
You have a shorted high voltage capacitor.
Here is a link you or someone you know can use to test it, but please read the safety info:

I have had problems with microwave ever since I plugged it in. It keeps blowing the breaker and today after only popping two bags of pop corn the thing shut down. I have only had this since summer. Really upset right now.
