Question about Philips 20PT6441 20" TV
Hi, not advise to on the set, will put load on other parts component faulty. Check surrounding and ensure all components is all mounted before on the set.

You need to secure a schematic diagram for this matter. schematic diagram can be obtain and can be bought at electronic stores....gud luck!

FIRSTLY REPLACE FAULTY CAP .SWITCH SET ON AND THE SET CHECK THE SYMTOM IF ANY CHECK THE COLOR CODE ON RES

It might test ok resistance wise but might break down under the load of the television in operation. Then again it depends on how badly it was burned.
