Palm Tungsten E2 Won't Respond To Sylus

Hi,
I recently had some problems with my Palm. I went through the Palm online chat support which was free. You can do phone support but it will cost about $15. Here is a link to Palm support. Does anything happen when you try to turn it on? Does anything respond or light up?

You can take the back off and unplug the battery for a few mins, this sometimes will clear a logic lock

Upon doing a hard reset, which I assume you did, try this

As the previous responder said, the Tungsten E2 cannot read cards over 1 GB. However, there is a wonderful solution available at PalmPowerups.com called PowerSDHC. This wonderful little driver will enable the E2 to read cards of any size! At $20.95, it's a bargain. I installed it on my E2 and now I use an 8 GB SDHC chip!
