I found the problem with my non-networked Samsung ML-1610 laser printer.

I had it plugged into a 4 way (unpowered) v2.0 hub.

When I plugged it directly into a USB port on the computer the printing error disappeared.

I found the problem with my non-networked Samsung ML-1610 laser printer.

Por várias vezes, quando tentei imprimir um documento na Samsung ML-1610, saiu apenas uma folha escrito assim:

INTERNAL ERROR - FALSE
POSITION: 0xa45ae (673198)
SYSTEM: H6FWSIM/xl_image
LINE: 605
VERSION: QPDL 1.26 04-14-2005

E não imprime o meu documento. O que pode ser feito?

Good day Sir, These are the possible causes why your machine print the wrong text.

Problem: The machine prints, but the text is wrong, garbled, or incomplete.

The printer cable is loose or defective.
the wrong printer driver was selected.
The software application is malfunctioning.
The operating system is malfunctioning.

Sounds like you have a virus on your computer.

Go to download.com and get Malwarebyte's Anti-malware program. (free)

Install it, update, and then run it.

Be sure your anti-virus and Windows updates are done, too.

Printing with colors using Samsung ML-2250 Laser

Hi touatinaoufe

Your printer is only a mono laser that is what the ML stands for in the model number. You will not be able to print color with this printer. You will have to buy a samsung which the model number starts with a C.

INTERNAL ERROR--FALSE

My printer was able to print an "INTERNAL ERROR - FALSE, Position: 0x1227e (74366)" error message as well as a test page, but not documents sent to print.

However, the problem was fixed once I switched to another USB port as the person above mentioned. So for any other people with similar problems, try that! In addition to power cycling the printer (I did that first)
