O they make a radiator type cover that works for this unit?

Microwave ovens have an internal fuse to protect the unit. Once you remove the white cover it is easily located on a board where the main power cable first goes into. Despite what you hear about dangerous radiation generated by microwave it is sage to turn on the microwave with the white cover off because the radiation stays within the microwave cavity. If you buy pass the door interlock then you may be exposed to some radiation escaping from the door opening. No match can go wrong in a microwave. Usually its something simple like a bad connection a burned fuse .or a burned power supply if it is microprocessor based unit.

Not sure which item you are talking about?? If you mean the blower for heat system it is under dash behind a cover. If you are talking about a radiator cooling fan it is behind radiator and requires removing a few bolts at top of radiator support - unplugging the wire to fan unit (push in tab on wire bundle and pull apart), and then lift fan unit up and out. You may have to remove plastic cover, and upper radiator hose to lift out, but fan is usually just held in at top by bolts and sits in rubber footings at bottom.

Removal & Installation

1. Drain the cooling system.
2. Remove the cooling fan motor and shroud, as outlined in this section.
3. Remove the front bumper cover, as follows:
   • Raise and safely support the vehicle..
   • Remove the 2 bolts from the top of the radiator grille.
   • Remove the 4 scrivets from the top of the radiator grille.
   • Remove the 3 lower pin-type retainers.
   • Remove the 6 fender splash shield screws (3 each side).
   • Remove the 4 lower screws (2 each side).
   • Disconnect the side marker lamp electrical connectors, if equipped.
   • Disconnect the fog lamp electrical connectors, if equipped.
   • Remove the front bumper cover.
   • Pull the corner of the bumper cover from the bracket.
4. Disconnect the upper radiator hose and lower degas bottle hose from the radiator.
5. Disconnect the lower radiator hose from the radiator.
6. Lift and remove the tabs from the radiator support and position the radiator towards the engine.
7. Remove the 2 A/C condenser bolts from the radiator and separate the condenser from the radiator. To install, tighten to 10 Nm (89 inch lbs.).
8. Remove the radiator.

To install:

1. Installation is the reverse of the removal procedure, noting the following:
   • Tighten the A/C condenser-to-radiator bolts to 10 Nm (89 inch lbs.)
   • Fill and bleed the cooling system.

I have not worked on your model of microwave oven. I will make some suggestions based on past experience.

If the bottom of the unit has stick-on type rubber feet, remove them to see if there are screws under them. Check for any labels on the bottom or rear that may have a screw under the them. By pressing along the area of the label see if you can feel a hole where screws may be under them. This will mean removing the label to gain access.

As for removing rubber stick-on feet and labels, use a heat gun or a strong hair dryer to heat the affixment that is to be removed.

I have also see some units where there are tabs to be released. Most of the time there will be a slot where by inserting a screwdriver and wedging it at the proper angle the tab will be released. There are also tab systems that will require a specific type of key from the manufacture to remove it.

As for servicing your microwave oven, you will most likely need the service manual to be able to properly determine the fault and order parts. If your unit is considered serviceable (many low cost models are not supported for service), you can order the service manual and replacement parts from the manufacture. Manuals for microwave ovens generally cost about $15 to $35 to purchase depending on the model.

For servicing a microwave it is best to be done by someone who is experienced, has the proper test equipment and tools, and can follow proper safety procedures. Microwave ovens use very high voltages with high current in specific areas. The power supply can be lethal if you get in contact.

When servicing any microwave oven, after re-assembling and making it operational it is very important the proper radiation tests are done. The way the cover and door are mounted and how they are RF shielded is very important for safety. A certified microwave radiation leakage meter is very important to be used to detect for any dangerous radiation is being released while in operation. Even though you may not feel the radiation while using the oven, damage to living tissue can be done. Microwave oven radiation can cause cataracts and various types of tumors. The thyroid, liver, and kidneys are very sensitive to this type of radiation.

When a microwave oven is properly shielded and is tested to not be emitting any radiation in the area it is perfectly safe to use.

Depends on the engine. Most 4 cyl have them along the front of the engine(where the belts are) under the timing cover. V6's and V8's have them at the front before the cover, but this is not always the case.

You should have a hose coming from the radiator going to a couple of spots on the engine. One of them will most likely be to the pump. If we could get the vehicle type and engine we should be able to narrow that down quite a bit :)

• 1Open the hood and place a drain pan under the radiator drain valve.
  

• 2Remove the radiator cap.
• 3Open the radiator valve and let the coolant from the radiator drain.
• 4Close the radiator valve once the coolant has finished draining.
• 5Raise the front of the vehicle using a floor jack and safely support it on two jack stands.
• 6Remove the engine under cover using a wrench or ratchet and socket.
• 7Disconnect the lower radiator hose from the thermostat housing on the engine side using a pair of rib joint pliers, Phillips screwdriver or ratchet and socket, depending on type of clamp used on your particular model.
• 8Unscrew the two thermostat housing mounting bolts using a ratchet and socket.
• 9Remove the thermostat housing and thermostat unit from the vehicle.

Installing the Thermostat

• 1Clean the thermostat housing and engine mating surfaces using a soft brush to avoid damaging the surfaces.
• 2Set the new thermostat in place along with a new rubber ring. Make sure the thermostat spring points towards the engine and the jiggle pin faces upward.
• 3Install the thermostat housing and start the two mounting bolts by hand to avoid damage to the threads.
• 4Tighten the bolts using a ratchet and socket.
• 5Install the lower radiator hose on the thermostat housing and tighten the clamp using a pair of rib joint pliers, Phillips screwdriver or ratchet and socket, depending on type of clamp used on your particular model.
• 6Replace the engine under cover using a ratchet and socket.
• 7Lower the vehicle.
• 8Refill the cooling system with 50 percent water and 50 percent new anti-freeze. Pour the coolant through the radiator neck using a funnel if necessary.
• 9Replace the radiator cap.
• 10Refill the coolant reservoir with coolant, bringing the level between the Low and Full marks.
• 11Start the engine and let it idle for about three minutes to bring the engine to operating temperature.
• 12Check the coolant reservoir level and add if necessary to bring the level between the Low and Full marks.

  13Turn off the engine.
  

there is a radiator type condensor in front of the radiator see this for leaks and there is a radiator type called condensor in the dashboard covered with plastic cover that can also leak as your car is an old model

First You need to know thatDrive the truck up onto vehicle ramps slowly and set the parkingbrake. Chock the rear tires using the wheel chocks to prevent it from rolling,as an added safety measure.

Allow the engine to completely cool before performing the thermostat replacement. Put on your safety glasses and remove the radiator cap to relieve the pressure from the radiator, hose and cooling system.

Disconnect both the negative and positive battery cables. Place the clean 5-gallon bucket underneath the radiator drain plug to capture the drained fluid.

Reach underneath the front end and loosen the drain plug (bolt) using a socket wrench. Drain out only enough anti-freeze to empty out the upper radiator hose that attaches to the thermostat housing cover. Re-tighten the drain plug.

Remove the carburetor cleaner and filter by unscrewing the center wing nut using your hand. Disconnect the upper radiator hose where it attaches to the thermostat housing cover. It's held in place by a squeeze-type clamp. Keep the opposite end that connects to the radiator attached.

Remove the mounting bolts that attach the housing cover to the manifold using the socket wrench. Gently tap the housing cover with a hammer to break the seal or pry it off with a flat-head screwdriver. Remove the cover and set it aside.

Scrape off the old gasket, debris and adhesive from the housing cover and thermostat opening using a gasket scraper. Be careful not to allow any debris to enter into the engine opening.

Test the new thermostat before installing it to be certain that it's operating properly. Fill a 4-inch-deep bowl with very hot water. Grab the thermostat upright using your pliers and hold it in the hot water, being sure to cover the entire unit. The thermostat should open immediately, indicating that it is functioning properly.

Apply a thin bead of gasket adhesive to the replacement gasket. Place the gasket directly onto the thermostat opening on the manifold. Be sure to properly align the mounting holes so that the thermostat will seat properly and to avoid leaking.

Insert the replacement thermostat with the spring side facing down into the engine. Carefully place the housing cover over the thermostat and secure it in place with the mounting bolts, being careful not to shift the gasket.

Reconnect the radiator hose and secure it in place using the squeeze clamp. Replace the carburetor cleaner and filter unit.

Re-connect both battery cables, start the engine and then pour the drained anti-freeze back into the radiator. Allow the engine to run for several minutes while you check for leaks. Top it off with additional antifreeze as necessary and replace the fill cap.

Remove the wheel chocks and carefully drive the truck off of the vehicle ramps.

I am assuming you mean laser radiation from the laser unit that the copier uses to write the images on the drum. if correct, normally when front door cover is open the laser unit is disabled and no laser radiation is present and therefore it is safe.

if your fan is not working at any time at all and your sure the fuse is good pull the radiator cover and look on the top of the radiator just beside the top hose there is a relay screwed in to the radiator that has fin type pugs or plug on the back this was the issue with my 2000 intruder vs 800 I'm not sure the price about 60 bucks I think but I would first straight wire the fan to make sure that the fan motor is not bad
