If you open the little thin plastic door (right next to the LCD viewing screen when the LCD viewing screen is closed), you'll be able to plug in your charger. if you still need help, email [email protected]

15 min energizer charger cuts off after 5 seconds

Plug it into mains without battery.
Put the battery(s) into place. If batteries OK (but need charging) it will begin charging. If batteries very low it will cut off. If batteries charged it will charge only 1 - 10s.

Bought new charger and battery psp works fine but wont charge

It sounds like the PSP does not recognize the charger. I recommend buying a Sony certified charger.
