My RCA F32650 Chirps when plugged in and when I press the power button it will chirp 2 or 3 times. I have no picture. I've determined that the chirp is coming out of P/N 1585161 AXE TCE. I'll try to find a schematic but if someone can give me a shortcut.. I could use the help.
have the same problem. The tv would go off and a few seconds later come back on. This happened several times and then we unplugged it. when we plugged it back in, now we have no picture and no sound except for the chirping. This doesnt change regardless of power on or off.

We had a similar problem with our four-year-old RCA 27-inch television (Model # F27442). For several weeks, the picture would periodically go out leaving the screen black for several minutes each time. We still had sound, but no picture. This happened two or three times each hour. Yesterday, the screen went black and the tv started making a high-pitched chirping sound. We tried turning it off for a while, unplugging it, etc. Nothing worked. It's now headed for the trash. We won't be buying another RCA tv. However, our 15-year old GE still works great. We'll be looking for another GE to replace the RCA!

My chevy doesn't chirp on the first press of the lock button, it just locks. If you press it again, then it chirps. To be honest, I like the fact that it doesn't chirp first - that just draws attention to the fact that you left your vehicle.
To program remote; ignition on, press and release programming switch 3 times, you will hear one chirp( channel 1),press the lock button, press and release the switch 1 time ( two chirps, channel 2), press the unlock button, press and release switch 1 time ( three chirps) press green remote start button, press and release switch 1 time ( 4 chirps) press option button. Turn ignition off.Test
TRANSMITTER PROGRAMMING Note: System can learn up to 3 different codes max.
1. Turn Ignition ON and OFF 3 times quickly, leaving it ON the 3
rd
time. (ON/OFF, ON/OFF, ON) You should hear (1)
short chirp.
2. Push the Program/Override Button for 5 seconds until the siren chirps (3) times. Release the button.
The system is now in programming mode.
3. Press Button #1 on new transmitter - siren will chirp to confirm programming. Repeat Step 3 within 5 sec. for up to
2 additional transmitters.
4. Turn off Ignition.
Note 1: If only one transmitter is being programmed, continue pressing button #1 until dash LED flashes goes out and
the system chirps to exit programming mode to prevent unauthorized codes and noise from entering the system.
Note 2: Programming mode is exited automatically after 5 seconds of last code transmission or once 3 new codes
have been programmed. The LED will flash (4) times indicating program mode exit.
If everthing is properly connected and the system does function, you may need to program the remotes. But first, let's check a couple of things. Turn the ignition on and press and release the push button LED three times and check for a response. The alarm should chirp one time. If the alarm chirps one time, press and release the lock button on the remote. If the alarm responds with a long chirp, press and release the push button LED one time, should hear two chirps; press and release the unlock button on the remote. The alarm should respond with a long chirp. Press and release the push button LED one time, you should hear three chirps, press and release the green button. You should hear a long chirp from the alarm. Press and release the push button LED one time, you should hear four chirps from the alarm; press and release the (1)button on the remote. continue the process for button(2).Now, if you do not hear the one chirp in the beginning, the system is not responding. Check your power and ground connections. If the system does chirp but, no response from the remote, check your antenna cable for proper connection at the module and the antenna. If the connections are fine, check the remote. Also,it is possible that there is major RF interference where you are located. If all of the above check out, try moving the vehicle to a different location and test.
