you have taken on the Camera, it is recommended that you do not make any changes
to the original image files.
I have the same camera and that happens to mine sometimes. That happens when something wasn't right when you took the picture. If you press the delete button while it has the "file error" on the screen, it will delete the file and then you can continue use with your camera. Sometimes when this happens it freezes the camera so you have to turn it off and back on, then try deleting it. I hope this helps you!!
Please try to take as many pictures from memory stick as you can then format memory stick through format option in setup. Hope this will resolve this blue access issue. You can use another memory stick like 1GB in this camera.
I have seen this problem with generic SD memory cards so it could be a faulty memory stick. Try to get a replacement. If you want to try to recover the pictures you have taken, I suggest Zero Assumption Recovery (Google for it). Check to see if it is compatible with your camera before downloading.
