yes most motorola blue tooth devices have a pin pairing code of 0000 andyou have to make sure your blue tooth device is in discovery mode.

unfortunately some bluetooth versions are not compatablile and this in turn will not aloow the two to pair or even send and recaive files with each other. try using it with another phone perhaps one on the same network such as att or verizon etc. if it works with no other phone then you may have whats known as a faulty tooth

Are you putting the bluetooth headset into pair mode correctly?

You will need to enter pairing mode on your device. The H700 User Manual indicates that you do so by first turning off any previously paired device and opening the headset BOOM. The indicator light should light a steady purple while in pairing mode.

You may not need to turn off your phone if you do not desire this, you may be able to get by turning the blue tooth function off and on, on your phone and attempt to pair again.

Pairing Pin is likely 0000.

do you have the bluetooth in discovery mode first before trying to pair?

that motorola is in the series of bluetooths that all have 0000 for pin numbers and they are NOT changeable.
turn bluetooth off push the button with the phone on it until lited LED turns Purple immediately release and open mic, now it is ready to pair.
then go to the phone tool>bluetooth> search for device enter pin 0000
it will then verify and Voila you are set

The passcode is 0000

From what I can tell and after researching the same issue it is the KRZR. I called both Verizon tech support and my bluetooth tech support.
There is no solution
If you notice some of the functions in the Blue tooth Pairing/connection menu functions don't even work. (The on off for instance and the settings) After it is paired. I tried my bluetooth with other phones and it works fine.
I am going to the Verizon store to complain untill i get a different model.

In short the KRZR software is defective
