The there was some dry joints on the wire speed dial circuit board which I re-soldered but one resistor/ was missing and i am trying to find the original missing resistor. Only the two holes where it was located are visible. the circuit board was made by GDI electronic but nothing their site show towards it

SOunds like your ground is not connected solidly either inside the machine or at the ground clamp. Check to make sure the ground wire at the clamp is not broken then make sure the ground wire is connected solidly inside the machine.

You may have the scew settint your wire tension set to tight. Try loosening the tension and if that doesnt work check the eletrical wire that supplies the power to the roller and make sure it hasnt become disconected.

try readjusting your feed rollers(tension),plus make sure that your feed rollers are set for the right size wire your using.

The problem with my MIG 175 Pro is the
"voltage selector switch" (part # M15750-1). I took it apart and
saw all of the contact points where corroded. I can hold the knob between
two settings and the machine will work.
I have the same issue only after about a year of very light use. I am not sure how to prevent this from happening again.
