TELIVISION MATSUI TV HAS POWER INDICATOR FLASHING AND WILL NOT TURN ON

Unplug for 3hours this is a hard reset, if the prob is still there after pluging back in , listen real close two back of set, is there a squeeling noise, if so prob. a bad power board. about 300$ two fix SORRY

My matsui m32lw509 TV standby light flashes once when i turn it on then it just stays blank nothing powers up ???????????????

These blinks (flashes) are fault indication. By the number of blinks occur at one time switch ON, you can get an idea about the faulty circuit stage inside the TV. Count the blinks occur at one time switch ON, carefully. Do it once again, and make sure about the number of blinks. If the flashes are continious, non-stop, the main system control IC should be suspected. If you wish to get more details, check the site linked here. It has blinking codes detail to many brand TVs. Blinking of standby light in Sony telivisions are fault indications. You just count the number of blinks occur at a time when the set is switched On with its FRONT PANEL POWER SWITCH. Count it three or more times, and make sure about its number of blinks and inform me through Fixya. From that number, I can get into the fault section, sometimes more accurate to the location of the fault. Count it Keenly for at least three times and make sure before reporting. OK.

The Blue power indicator light is flashing on my Matsui M22LID709 TV+DVD player and it never used to. I want to make it stop!!

Also had this problem. Click Menu, then timers and if you have any then delete them (I think it saves them from the past instead of automatically deleting them). Hope this helps.

Telivision volume

sounds like a sticking tact switch. an engieer would isolate the sub-panel that contains the volume and the manual programme up/down switches and then operate the TV using the remote control and see if this eliminates the problem

Matsui 4in1 remote control instructions

1) Turn on TV;
2) Press TV on the remote control;
3) Press and hold SETUP, until the red LED indicator blinks twice;
4) Enter 9-9-1-1 on the numeric keypad;
5) Press POWER on the remote;
6) If the TV doesn't respond, repeat #3, #4, #5.
