Question about 3G Technology GM-190B (Black) 19 in. Flat Panel LCD Monitor
Inverter card appears to be a Winmate QF132v1.1x or possibly model QF132v1(a). I can only find Taiwan wholesale companies, not anybody who will sell me one board. I live in the USA so hopefully there is a distributor in the USA. Is any other brand/model compatible ?

Need same inverter for Fujitsu NA19026 C261 19" LCD screen.
plz send me design of lcd panel
We are in need of the same board. It's used in a MASS C-19 monitor.
Upon power-up, the display comes up briefly, a "pop" is heard, and the display goes dark. Powering up with the screen opened up reveals a slight hiss from this board during the troublesome power-up phase.
My 19" Gem monitor came up w/ the same problem after about 3 years of service. The inverter board has 2 black square components (1.5 cm x1.5 cm or so, .8 Cm high). The brief "hiss" on powerup is coming from the right one. I had to hold a peice of paper over one at a time to hear which one it was coming from. I un-soldered it from the PCB (9 solder joints, surface mount), and was then able to see 4 copper coils. One coil has a heavier gauge (and fewer windings) than the other 3 windings. No visible signs of stress, no burnt smell. PCB has P/N QF132V1(A), Patent NO:171823. other numbers on PBB: 94V0(a triangle)E171781(S)
The black square thing with the coils inside has a sticker: QF132V1.16, and under that AZL 0451. This number seems to be the inverter board part number, not the component part number.
Because the black square thing is where the noise is coming from, I would love to find another and replace it. I may swap the two (black square things) on the PCB & see if the noise moves
If anyone knows where to get the same inverter board or the suspect component, I would love to find out. Mostly I would just like to tinker with it to see if I can fix it. It may not be cost/time effective, because i can pickup a new 19" monitor for not much more than $120.00 (US)
