Can i just swap my new pc for my old one and still recieve e mails or will my adress change

try It creat a new acount mail then you give it to the old acount and then the team seen to you at the new acount the paswoars you need try it yes work

You simply need to disconnect old computer from the network and connect the new one.
Are you trying to connect wired computer or wireless?

If you are trying to connect a wired computer then you don't need to do anything.
Just take out the Ethernet cable from the old computer and connect it to the new computer.

If you are connecting a wireless computer to the network then make sure that you have all the settings of your wireless router.
If your wireless network is secured then you should know the correct network key.
What is the operating system on your computer?

I will suggest you a website " The Router Setup " which may help you connect your new computer to the old wireless network.

Use notepad to write the following:
{IP;2,192,168,001,201'}
{IP;3,000,000,000,000'}
{IP;4,255,255,255,000'}
{IS;1,09100'}
{XJ;Termine'}
and print it to your printer
These will change your
IP adress
Gateway
your submask
activate and deactivate the port with an adress at 9100
and at the end display Termin?

Hello there! If your facebook account hasn'n been hacked, create new e-mail adress, and let it be your e-mail adress on facebook. Go to account settings, change e-mail adress, verificate it, remove your previous e-mail, and that's it.

If you have manual of the router, read what's the default IP adress for accessing router. You can also try typing the 192.168.1.1 instead of a web adress in your WORKING COMPUTER'S web browser (this is the default IP usually). You will get window with username and password (you will find username and password in the manual of the router). When you access router, you can turn Wireless LAN on/off and change all values you need. You really should read manual first, it will all be clear to you after that.

The problem is in the addressing scheme.

I used to set up email on my
Monte. I'm using an old hotmail
account that didn't support IMAP
or SMTP properly.
1.Set Up a GMail account eg.
[email protected]
2.Set GMail to allow IMAP via the
settings link the the top right
hand corner. (under Forwarding
and POP/IMAP)
3.Under accounts and import set
up the send mail as to send mail as
[email protected]. Set this
to default send adress
4.In the same tab under check
mail using pop3 set up the pop3 to
recieve from someone@

5.Under Email Accounts on the
Monte set up email with the
following charecteristics:
Account Name: Hotmail
SMTP Server: smtp.gmail.com
SMTP Port: 465
Secure Connection: SSL
Incoming Server Type: IMAP4
IMAP4 Server: imap.gmail.com
IMAP Port: 993
APOP login: greyed out
Secure Connection: SSL
Download Limit: 500
IMAP4 incoming email: New
Retrieving option: Whole Message
Keep on server: checked
My email adress: someone@
hotmail.co.uk (This is the adress
the phone puts in the from line of
an email)
Username: [email protected]
Password: gmail password
Pop before smtp: greyed out
SMTP auth: checked
Same as POP3/IMAP4: checked
Username: greyed out
Passowrd: greyed out
This should allow you to recieve
new messages from the time you
set up the gmail account on your
phone and to send emails with all
the appearences of coming from
your hotmail account while
actually coming from google's
smtp server. Really do check that
the GMail is set up properly, make
sure it recieves emails adressed
to your hotmail and that it sends
in your hotmail account's name.

every computer has an ip adress you might have to go to your internet setting and find some thing that says some thing like... internet adress hook up hopefully you keep files on your computer becuase with out your ip adress you might not be able to hook up its sorta like a combination hope it helpes:)

The only way to do that is to create the new e-mail account and let everyone know. There are multiple ways to do this.

One is that you can forward all your mail from your old e-mail address to your new one.

Another is that you can check your old gmail account in your new one. This one is a little more advanced and is not recommended if you are not planning on still using the old e-mail address in the future.

Another idea is to forward your old e-mail and set an automatic vacation response that sends back to anyone that e-mails your old account a message with your new e-mail address for them to change in their records.

Changing to a new e-mail address is a drawn out process that takes longer the longer that you've had your e-mail address. The good thing about gmail is there extremely high quota, which allows plenty of time for you to start using your new e-mail address without missing out from your old e-mail.

Change your e-mail password and when asked to remember the password at the login do not tick OK, this requires you to enter your password each time you want to access your e-mails.
