When I turn the key on two lights come on, when I start the bike the lights go out and the check engine comes back on for about 15 seconds while the bike is running and then goes out. The bike performs good it only shut down one time when I noticed the light on. I tried to restart it and it wouldn't start until I turned everything off and then turned it all on again as if to recycle it. The dealer told me that it was coding out and they could read the code for 37.50. Is there a way I can find the codes out and fix it myself?

Do both fans work for sure? You may want to replace the fans runs anywhere from 140$ up to 250$ depending on the brand.

alot of cars show a crankposition sensor on a test if it was bad car would not run unless you have a problem with car stalling or running bad when it gets hot not a ignition module if car still runs good not a major problem one problem would be a bad 02 sensor does not mess with car alot gas milage loss mabe slight hesitaion look at sensors that dont mess with engine if not 02

on my 2004 ram 2500, I had to depress the trip odometer button and turn on the Ignition. all lights on instrument panel will illuminate, continue to hold button in and tach/speedomenter will run full up and back down. once this has completed, the obd codes will be shown in the odometer.

i ve run into this problem a few times,with no cler results,i checked all wiring from computer to switch and all check out fine i also replaced switch and a month later same code,this one ended up with a bad pcm, another one had a bad wiring for overdrive switch, this was not an easy repair to diagnose.i think you should have amazda dealer look at it.

I think your sensors are pattern parts and the readings /resistances are not the same as the original parts ,try some bosch units is my first suggestion ,
