SOURCE: how to block "0" for

As was pointed out to me, you could take a screwdriver and pry the 0 key off the tone pads :-)

Panasonic systems restrict calls by tables called Toll Restriction (TRS). It's a complete section in the installation and programming manual. It involves setting tables, usually in the 302-306 area, then picking a class of service for the phone that acts on the numbers dialed.

In the simplest systems, the TA series, you have 20 restrictions per class 2-5 and one 80 entry exception table. It's a little tricky to set up in that a COS-2 extension has all the restrictions in COS-2 tables, but a COS-5 extension has all the restrictions in COS-2,3,4, and 5 :-)

Your Pana installer can do this fairly quickly, but if you plan on doing it yourself, please read the TRS examples carefully.

No. At the very minimum, you need to go to program 400 (3.3 in the U.S. Maintenance Console) and turn on the lines. Access may have to be enabled from each extension for both outward and ringing programming might have to be added.

Can the Panasonic KX-T7667 phone work with the Panasonic KX-TES824 PBX?

Yes, the Panasonic KX-T7667 phone and the Panasonic KX-TES824 PBX are compatible.
The KX-TES824 should be able to accommodate different handsets because it is made to work with a variety of Panasonic phones, including the KX-T7667 model.

You must connect the KX-T7667 phone to an available extension port on the PBX and configure it with the proper parameters using the PBX programming software or a web interface in order to add the phone to your current PBX system.

It's vital to keep in mind that the KX-T7667 is a proprietary phone made just for Panasonic PBX systems and might not work with other phone systems or third-party hardware.

CAN WE GET CORDLESS PHONE FOR KX 7730X-B SYSTEM OR KX TE5 824

You can, but why? A generic cordless works fine for a lot less money. You need to know codes like 40, 9, 58x, etc.

The Panasonic blessed cordless phone set for the TA/TES is the 7896. http://www.tele-movers.com/kxt7896.htm

At $300+ you can buy 15 or more inexpensive cordless phones and learn the SLT codes.

We have Panasonic TES 824. We connected 3-direct lines, one of them is for fax. However if I call the fax number, it goes to auto attendant. How to disconnect the fax number from auto attendant? Awaiting...

By programming. If the Auto Attendant is the DISA card, you can tell it to listen for the FAX tone and transfer it to the fax extension, or, you can program the 3rd number to ring only the fax extension and no others. Both require programming in the system cabinet.
