I need to delete the videos on my MP3, so i went to MY COMPUTER>SANSA E250>VIDEO and then deleted the videos in the folder that i no longer wanted. but the videos wernt listed in it. so i unpluged my MP3 and the videos were still there. so i tried to watch one and it said: please use SANSA MEDIA CONVERTER to convert this video to file how do i do that?
You must upload sansa media converter from the cd that came with the mp3 player. once you completely upload it you open it and click "ADD MEDIA" and select the videos, then hit "CONVERT" and it will convert them to a *.mov* format

I got a Sansa e250 for xmas and I love it, but I have one question. Is there a way to add movies to it? Like, from DVDs? I honestly have no idea how to do this. Thanks in advance.
