Hello Damianian, I too have this hdtv and had problems with the convergance and self-focus within the first year of ownership. I called Samsung within the waranty period and they sent out a tech who replaced the convergance board for free and did the manual convergance in my home. After this, with the new upgraded convergance board installed, the self-focus was not necessary anymore so I turned it off. Some time later the convergance needed done again so I called to get a price on them coming out again to do it. I didn't like the quote they gave me over the phone (around $200.00usd) so I looked for a Service Manual online and found one on an Ebay store for a total of $13.00usd including shipping. I now perform the manual convergence on this set myself and it's easy to do.
Anyone wanting to get a Service Manual for their hdtv or other technical device should check these guy's out. They now have their own website.

I hope this helps, good luck!
