THen when system is on it won't charge the battery. If Both battery and power cord is inserted it runs off of battery instead of power cord. Will not charge Battery.

Your AC Adapter Power Cord is bad based on what you are telling in your request for help. You need to replace the AC Adapter Power Cord.

You can further isolate and verify by the following steps:

If you remove the battery, and plug in the power cord, but the computer will not boot up or work, then the power cord is bad.

If you have them both plugged in and you are running off the battery then the power cord is bad and it is not charging the battery. Eventually your laptop is not going to power on because the battery will be drained and cannot be recharged until you get a working Power Cord.

SOURCE: dell inspiron 1525 will not charge the battery

Hello,
This problem has arised because your motherboard hasn't identified your battery. So, this is motherboard problem.
next time when you chat with the dell representatives, tell them that your motherboard is not recognizing your battery. They would arrange a pickup and would have it repaired in their center.
Good luck,

~regards,
Jegan

Black water comes from bathroom faucet when turned on for a secound

If black water comes out of the bathroom faucet when you turn it on, it could be an indication of a serious problem with your plumbing system. Here are some steps you can take to address the issue:

Turn off the water supply:
The first step is to turn off the water supply to your home. This will prevent any more black water from coming out of the faucet.
Identify the source of the problem:
The black water could be caused by a number of factors, such as rust in the pipes, sediment buildup, or contamination. It is important to identify the source of the problem before taking any further steps.
Flush the system:
Once you have identified the source of the problem, you can flush the system to remove any sediment or rust buildup. Turn on all of the faucets in your home, including the one that was releasing black water, and let the water run for several minutes. This will help to clear out the pipes and remove any debris.
Call a plumber:
If the problem persists after flushing the system, or if you are unable to identify the source of the problem, it is recommended that you call a licensed plumber. A professional plumber will be able to diagnose the problem and recommend the best course of action to resolve it.
In summary, if black water comes out of your bathroom faucet, it is important to turn off the water supply, identify the source of the problem, flush the system, and call a plumber if necessary.

Ofcourse it’s best to call a professional

How do I identify the reason why my JVC LT32C672 TV has lost the video output. (Red LED flashes on power up)

Unless you have electronic schooling and the equipment don't attempt to fix it yourself, it's a guessing game as far as what board, backlights or panel is causing the issue unless you have equipment, knowledge and service manual recycle it.

Hi my 2002 toyota prius system warning light check engine light is on the car starts and drives for about 15 then shuts of and starts back up about 1 min later any suggestions in what this means

Chilonda, The check engine light could mean many things .. sensors .. There's nobody on Fixya who can tell you what's wrong with your car.

Don't start replacing parts in the hope that it cures the problem - it usually doesn't.

Give a mobile mechanic a call. It's worth paying for a professional opinion. A mechanic (or workshop) will be able to do a diagnostic test for you and identify the fault.

Put your mind at rest first: get somebody to identify the fault. Then decide what to do

Not working when plugged

Most UPS's have split power. One is for Surge protected which is probably the half still working. The other come from a switching device called a relay. The relay is on the circuit board inside. If the battery backup'd half is dead, then that relaying is not connecting the power source to the three outlets. It could be due to a defective control circuit or the relay is bad. If you dont know electronics, either buy a whole new unit, or send it in for a rebuild with a place that knows what they doing. The manufacturers approved service places charge a reasonable price, but wont tell you anything for DIYers. I found a place in western canada that services them and does correspond with tips...that worked. And the obvious warning, the insides of a UPS can kill you if you dont take proper precautions

My Fisher & Paykel 708 smart drive washing machine won't starts and beeps.

That is Error code 9
9.
(00001001) Phase 1 to 5 - Size Error
Phase 4 to 5
The Display size switch setting does not match that stored in memory.
Action - Reselect the size of Smartdrive by using the SIZE SETTING MODE. Push and hold
the water temp up button, then press the power button to enter SIZE SETTING MODE. Three
LEDs are used to identify size. The cold water temperature LED identifies 5kg. The low water
level LED identifies 6kg. The hold spin speed LED identifies 7kg. If the product has not been
setup before all 3 LEDs will be on. To set the size for 5kg push the wash temp up button then
the power button. To set the size for 6kg push the water level up button then the power button.
To set the size for 7kg push the spin speed up button then the power button. This locks the size
into memory. To check the size is set, start a cycle.

Solution for a machine set for 110v and was conected to 220v and now doesn't start?

All you can do is troubleshoot and isolate to identify failure(s). Start with the power supply, by using a voltmeter. Hopefully the fault lies there and you won't have to go on.

HOW DO I IDENTIFY THE POWER/INVERTER BOARD

The invertor board will usually have 2 connections, each with 2 wires (usually white and pink) that go to the screen, thats how you can identify the invertor board

The power board is just as easy to locate... Just follow the wires back from where you plug the power into the TV.

Be warned though, the power/invertor board can contain lethal voltages even when unplugged! Be careful!

I Hope this is the info you wanted.
