Re: Inside light is burned out.
The Sears parts Web site has a ton of helpful info on this model, including disassrembly help. Looks like a lot of the actual service manual online!
You can also order parts there.
Enter your whole model number NN-S567BAS at http://www3.sears.com/ (the 3 is correct)

I would still suspect the top door switch.
You would need to operate the switch to see if it clicks both ways and ultimately a test with a meter is required.
If you don't have a meter, you can connect wires to a battery and a flashlight bulb, etc., and use that as a continuity tester.
On the door switch, COM is common, NO is normally open, and NC (if present) is normally closed.
If you or a friend decide to work on it, we have *critical* safety, disassembly, and troubleshooting info (as well as a text file which helps in diagnosing and repairing door switch problems) at our site, which is linked at our listing here on FixYa: http://tinyurl.com/yzjozk
You can find thew whole service manual (in sections) and order parts by entering your model number (without the dash) here: http://www3.sears.com
If it's not the door switch, I would suspect the control circuit board (the one behind tghe keypad) and we repair these nationwide for only $39.95.
