The Sears parts Web site has a ton of helpful info on this model, including disassrembly help. Looks like a lot of the actual service manual online! You can also order parts there. Enter your whole model number NN-S567BAS at http://www3.sears.com/ (the 3 is correct) Terrific!

My microwave nn-994s smell burning and is working 50% power panasonic model nn-994s

Due to the lethal voltages used and produced in inverter-based, I do not recommend that an inexperienced person work on these.

You can find an authorized Panasonic servicer here.

I have a Panasonic Inverter Microwave Model #NN-H665WF and my daughter accidently put a whisk inside a bowl inside the machine and turned it on. It left a burn mark on the inside. Is the microwave still...

Yes, but the burned mark should be cleaned and if necessary sanded smooth and dried thoroughly.

Then you can apply some high-temperature appliance paint, available from places like Wal-Mart, Lowe's or Builder's Square.

We're happy to help you and we'd appreciate your thoughtful rating of our answer.

Panasonic NN-T694SF smoke, shuts itself off

In most cases, this is a problem with the inverter or a bad transfotmer.

Due to the lethal voltages used and produced, I do not recommend that an inexperienced person work on these.

I would recommend that you contact your nearest Panasonic-authorized servicer. You can find one here:

Panasonic NN-S567BAS Receiving power, No Waves

I would still suspect the top door switch. You would need to operate the switch to see if it clicks both ways and ultimately a test with a meter is required. If you don't have a meter, you can connect wires to a battery and a flashlight bulb, etc., and use that as a continuity tester. On the door switch, COM is common, NO is normally open, and NC (if present) is normally closed. If you or a friend decide to work on it, we have *critical* safety, disassembly, and troubleshooting info (as well as a text file which helps in diagnosing and repairing door switch problems) at our site, which is linked at our listing here on FixYa: http://tinyurl.com/yzjozk You can find thew whole service manual (in sections) and order parts by entering your model number (without the dash) here: http://www3.sears.com If it's not the door switch, I would suspect the control circuit board (the one behind tghe keypad) and we repair these nationwide for only $39.95.
